Lexi is the Administrative Assistant of Onboarding and Operations at Behavior Consultants. She joined the company after gaining hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician, which provided her with valuable insight into the clinical side of behavioral services. In her current role, she supports the company’s hiring and onboarding processes and assists the Operations Coordinator to ensure day-to-day functions run efficiently and smoothly. Lexi also occasionally runs technician sessions to stay current with treatment implementation and maintain a strong connection to the clinical work that drives the organization’s mission.

Lexi earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University in the spring of 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time up north and being surrounded by her friends and family.
