Kelsey is a clinical BCBA and Certification Coordinator with Behavior Consultants Inc. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University before completing a master’s degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She went on to complete her Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coursework through Florida Institute of Technology, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. Kelsey has been an asset to BC over the last 10 years, first as a Registered Behavior Technician and now as a BCBA. Kelsey has a passion for helping people gain independence in their daily lives through the implementation of ABA therapy and excels at individualizing programs to teach generalized skills using both discrete trial training and natural environment teaching methods. As BC’s Certification Coordinator, Kelsey also supports our technicians in obtaining credentialing and quality supervision. When not at work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, photography, and staying active. Kelsey’s service area includes Brighton, Milford, and surrounding areas.
