We look very forward to working with your child. Please allow 2 business days for a BC administrator to call you for payment. Submitted applications are time/date stamped to ensure your place in line. We accept credit card or check for payment. For week-long camps, payment is due in full. For 3-week programs, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due one week prior to the start of camp. If we leave a voice message, you’ll have 24 hours to return our call to keep your place in line.
Upon confirmation of registration and payment, you will be contacted by one of our clinical Directors to gather more information from you to ensure a successful camp experience.
Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the start of camp will receive a refund, minus an administration fee of $50 per program being cancelled.
Cancellation requests received between 7-14 days before the start of camp will receive a refund, minus half of the full cost of camp.
Cancellation requests received within 6 days prior to the start of camp will not receive a refund.
